last saturday the bf and i got our hands on 5 oooooooold suitcases from the 20s up to the 50s. we decided that we can't keep them all, because we start to feel like horters in our tiny flat ... 2 of them turned into the new table in the living room ... propably another 2 will get sold on ebay ... ant the 5th suitcase has to go into the storage ...
How cool! I couldn't imagine having to lug such a big suitcase around. Thank goodness they now have wheels on them:)

Your vintage luggage is flat out amazing! I have wild daydreams about one day finding some similar pieces, too - which, if they were still in good working order - I would completely use as my luggage if I traveled anywhere (soooo much more elegant and beautiful than 99% of modern luggage!).
