Good Old Friends ...

this dress is actually one of my favourites, it's just like a good old friend ... it's always there for you. it's easy to style ...   and always looking good. i think i bought it in 2008 and wore it a couple of times as you can see here, here and here. the belt i found in the same year, i suppose. probably i wore it a 1000 times ... just the little cardi was worn the first time here. for some reasons i never felt like wearing it (i bought it back in 2009).

news about the foot: i saw the doctor today. she told me that i have to walk 2 more weeks with crutches but i should try to put each day a little more weight on the foot ... on monday i'm going back to work.

... this is what i wore on tuesday when i went to see the doctor ... shirt: no name // vintage skirt: thrifted // vintage belt: thrifted // flats: flea market // vintage bag: thrifted // vintage earrings: gifted ... these are the wedges (flea market) i would have worn with this outfit, if there wasn't a broken foot ... ha, look at those facial expressions, hahahaha ...

this dress' fabric is the strangest i ever saw  ... it reminds me on a paper napkin (!!) but it's soft and nice to wear.

news from the foot: the doctor is quite unhappy with the slow recovering of my broken foot. he gave my sick certificate for another 2 weeks! hopefully i won't get too mad sitting at home ... luckily there are still some outfit photos from last week waiting to get posted ...

Flamingo

flamingo is my new nickname the bf gave me some days ago ... because of the broken foot i spent most of the time standing just like a flamingo ... the colour of this skirt reminds me on a flamingo, too.

... this is the fifths week without thrift shopping ... since my right foot made me sitting bored at home all the time being off work, i spent a lot of time on ebay ... this cute 80s does 50s dress (15,99€) and the awesome skirt (9,99€) are my latest ebay finds ... i love them! in april on my last flea market trip i got this cowboy boots (2€) and hippie bag (2,50€)  ... this boots are so comfy. i wore them a several times during the past weeks ...

i really love my ebay finds  - but i miss being on treasure hunt on a nice flea markets in the early morning sun ...

the next days i wont go to work - working home office ... i have to try not to walk around too much ... what a challenge even at home! So there won't be much outfits to post during the upcoming days ... the wear-flats-challenge will start in the near future ... probably the left foot will be covered in a air boot ... hahaha ... very fashionable ... hahaha
