Dancing With Skirts

... yes girl, yesterday the bf took me to the first flea market after 10 weeks. i'm still on crutches but now i'm able to use the broken (but almost recovered) foot. we were quite lucky with the weather and we found some amazing bargains ... as you can see above, i got my hands on some nice skirts, bags, shoes, tops ... my fave fashion piece is this embroided white 70s dress hanging in the back of the shots. i got it for just 3€!!! score!

but my absolute favourite buy from the flea market is a big brightly decorated chinese lamp (it used to hang in a restaurant that moved to another city...). it's still in the car, so i wasn't able to take any photos of it.

Dress

... just a short post today about a vintage féraud dress from the 70s i bought a couple of weeks ago at the thrift store next to my orthopedic specialist ... now it's far too warm to wear it but i wanted to show it to you ...
oh, today the bf took me to the first flea market since i'm on crutches!!! it was amazing! i really enjoyed being outside in the morning sun so much - and of course i found some nice pieces ... you will see them next time ...

i bought this dress exactly a year ago on the biggest flea market in this area. i got it from a pretty cool rockabilly girl that sold a lot of beautiful dresses - sadly not in my size. i wore this dress several times but in never pictured it for the blog ...

news from the foot:  ... i have to walk 4 more weeks on crutches!!!!! hear me crying! but it's getting better now and i can put more and more weight on it.

it's always a challenge to add a leopard spotted piece to your office wardrobe. actually leopard spots are too bold (and too 'sexy') to be worn at the office ... but this time i found the perfect blouse (sweet enough) to change this wild wild skirt into a house cat ( ... office cat).

Good Old Friends ...

this dress is actually one of my favourites, it's just like a good old friend ... it's always there for you. it's easy to style ...   and always looking good. i think i bought it in 2008 and wore it a couple of times as you can see here, here and here. the belt i found in the same year, i suppose. probably i wore it a 1000 times ... just the little cardi was worn the first time here. for some reasons i never felt like wearing it (i bought it back in 2009).

news about the foot: i saw the doctor today. she told me that i have to walk 2 more weeks with crutches but i should try to put each day a little more weight on the foot ... on monday i'm going back to work.
