Shop Birthday

... on monday we went to a friends birthday party of her lovely vintage, second hand and burlesque shop named fräulein glitter (friedrichshain, berlin). sadly we missed the burlesque show later ... but i came across this beautiful embroidered 50s/60s cotton dress. i didn't tried it on that day but i can't get it out of my mind.  the man bought a nice vintage hat there. sorry, for the blurry pictures again but it was a little dark inside ...

when i was packing for the move  a few months ago i found five more sewing magazines the man had found for me on a flea market. i really had forgotten about their existence. before i sat them in a box to put them into storage i took picture to be able to share them with you. aren't all these outfits just adorably beautiful?! ... the perfect inspiration for the last days of summer and the first days of fall ...

Meet Some Friends ...

 

this is what wore, when we went to a barbecue with some nice friends on saturday. it was still nice and warm outside ... 50s cotton dress: ebay // leather belt: old h&m // my new pointy flats: vagabond // 40s bag: ebay // earrings: flea market ... yeah, lazy me curled  the hair again. this time i used my man's hair spray and ended up looking quite fuzzy. a fuzzy curl is better than no curl.

Office Girl ... Interviewed

A Glimpse Of Fall

... it was time to wear some pants ... blue dotted 50s blouse: ebay // jil sander pants: thrifted // belt: from istanbul // vintage pumps: thrifted // breacelet: flea market // bag: flea market ... this late 50s mirror i won an a vintage auction we went to with friends some days before the move. i really like it's fun orange frame.

Blurry Hair

on wednesday i went to see a burlesque show, so i decided to curl my hair. actually i do this just a few times a year because i hate to spend hours with curl pins or other curlers/papilotes sitting on my head. normally the curls doesn't stay in but finally i found some helpers that work. Even when i came home the curls where still there. 

... sorry for the blurry pictures and no photos of the outfit (which i really liked) but it was already dark, when i got finished. for sure i will wear this outfit again soon.
