A few months ago I discovered this genuine seventies cork platforms on ebay. I was so happy to be the girl who got her fingers on them... I just couldn't await to open the box... to slip inside them and dance towards summer while wearing this wonderful sandals...But they doesn't fit right!!!! The shoes are far too slender ... and my feet aren't slim or tiny at all. You can't see this on this pictures - in fact you don't want to see my feet swelling out of this shoes. Hhhhrrrrg. I hate my waddle-paddle feet.... With a heavy heart I gave the platforms to my favourite secondhand shop today. I hope the new owner will give them a nice home and slinky petite feet.

I have wide feet too. :( That is why I can't buy shoes without trying them on. BUT if I could buy every shoe I loved I would be too broke to eat!
