Girl With The Watermelon

yes, today i ended up posing with a watermelon ... maybe because the red of this dress reminds me of the inside of a watermelon ... 50s cotton dress: ebay // belt: came with a blouse // sandals: no name // bandana: thrifted, deadstock ...

i bought this dress a long while ago on ebay with some other pieces but i never wore it. i won it for 1 €. it's a real 50s dress that never got finished! so i had to do a lot of sewing on it.

oh, and thanks for more than 500 followers on GFC (thanks for being still there)! it means a lot.

Adorable! Geez, for a euro, it was well worth the effort of finishing it, and then some! Hope you are feeling more settled after the move <3

Excellent pairing! Your so lucky to know how to mend/finish things. I suppose I could learn, but I never do.

I thought GFC was "going away." It's still there! I've gotten 2 new followers via GFC in the past month. I think this was all lie produced by Bloglovin.'
